"If we could do zero, thats what it would be. By far the worst service we've ever experienced in 15yrs in business. They have NO customer service, your rep will never answer the call or call you back. They will just assign a different representative and the same no service cycle starts again. Have numerus email adding all managers, companies we could find, expressing our concerns and issues, none were ever answered. All they do is blame each other, and NOTHING gets done. Truckers, Transportation professionals stay away!! This company will be a nightmare for your business."
